During production planning, or PP for short, we enter orders, offers, material procurements, operational plans, test plans, work instructions and accompanying documents directly into our ERP system and link the information to each order. Every document has a unique identification number to avoid any confusion. We synchronise the production steps perfectly and minimise unnecessary waiting times with the help of production planning software. Our PP staff work according to standardised processes. The information is available and can be edited at any time independent of specific individuals.
